Most of us didn’t start our businesses because we “loved” business. OK, actually, I did; but I’m weird.  My guess is that you started your business because you loved something so much you wanted to share it with the world.  Let me help you love it again.  I can help you figure out the hard stuff so you can focus on what you do best.

I am a results driven, people person who happens to love spreadsheets and P&Ls.  I’ve owned and operated successful businesses and sold my last company in Fall 2019, just before Covid.  And now, I believe that my job is to help others.  I love small business because it’s gritty and the heart of the American economy. I’m also passionate about the solopreneuer- creatives, counselors, designers, therapists and writers. My big WHY is to teach, inspire, coach, rally and motivate.  And to have fun while we do it.

If we work together, you can expect me to ask hard questions, challenge you to solidify your goals, and help you find the tools you need to get there.  With over 25 years experience in businesses large and small, and specific expertise in child care, retail and the restaurant industry, my personal passions include leadership development, diversity & inclusion work, non-profit leadership and helping others succeed.
