True Leadership Starts with Yourself.I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified
Self-Leadership Coach who specializes in working with Leaders and Women Over 50. What is Self-Leadership? It is rooted in a deep sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. I partner with clients to help them recognize and embrace their true selves, understand their capabilities, purpose, goals, and objectives. My clients not only become better attuned to their strengths and areas for growth, but also their core values and internal motivators. They develop a keen awareness of their emotional triggers and how to manage them, preventing impulsive reactions and allowing for the ability to respond with intention. By nurturing self-awareness and emotional intelligence, my clients empower themselves to make more informed and effective decisions, to better problem solve, successfully navigate challenges/conflict and to understand their impact on others. Research consistently demonstrates that self-aware invididuals build authentic relationships, inspire trust, and adapt their leadership style to effectively lead their teams and organizations towards success and also live more successful and meaningful lives. I am certified in, and have experience with, a variety of cognitive and emotional assessments proven to increase and deepen self-awareness. I hold a BS in Biochemistry from University of California, San Diego, and received my MS in Nutrition and Food Sciences from The University of Vermont. I am an ACC Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, a certified Sensation Based Motivation Coach from the Somatic Coaching Institute, and a certified Deep Transformational Coach from the Center for Transformational Coaching. I hold certifications for both the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 and 360 (EQ-I 2.0/360) and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). |

About Augusta
Growing up in Texas instilled in me the love of the outdoors and the desire for
self-exploration. I had the innate desire and ability to push against what
other’s thought was “the right way” to do things and spent my young adult
and adult years finding out what was “the right way” for me. I recognize that
each of my client’s has their own “right way” and I am passionate about
supporting them in finding this individual way of being.
As a collegiate runner and rower in Southern California and also as a triathlete
in Vermont, I know the power of getting comfortable being uncomfortable
and the growth that happens by pushing beyond what
one feels they can achieve.
