Learning how to manage this gap, learning how to get from “here” to “there,” provides you the opportunity to choose your future before your future chooses you. It all starts with awareness and finding a direction! Then creating a plan to get you there!

What does that mean? We put real life situations on the table and hammer through them finding language or action that feels right to you and then putting a plan to make it happen.
“Now Coaching”
- Intense, focused coaching support for a particular event or need, or to help resolve a specific challenge … NOW.
- This is an intense, short-term coaching focus that, depending on the situation, may focus on a specific meeting, interaction or opportunity. This is designed to go hand in hand with the Skills Coaching as a successful resolution of the urgent issue that prompted the interest in Coaching at same time the skills being learned are practiced.
“Transformational Coaching”
- This type of Coaching support is designed to help you fulfill your professional potential as an entrepreneur. This longer-term coaching is designed to help capable high-achievers accomplish more with greater ease and increased personal satisfaction. This is the glue that takes the first two coaching types and binds them into a sustainable method of change.
“Social Media and Digital Marketing Coaching”
- Specific to the coaching Megan Flanagan offers, this form of support is very tactical as she works with you to set up the tools that you'll need digitally to find success in your business. She offers coaching support whether it be strategy or actual execution of your digital marketing needs.

- Determining “what is next” for your business and defining what success looks like for YOU and no one else.
- How your current actions and mindset are helping or hurting you get clear about how to move forward in your business evolution.
- Renewed energy and motivation and newfound clarity on purpose and direction.
- An outside perspective on what is happening to you as well as offering the perspective about what might be next for your company.
- Productively managing the self-doubt that makes you question whether you’re good enough (personally and professionally) to stay in business.
