As an International Coach Federation
Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I have over 2,000+ hours of coaching clients, businesses, and organizations.

My coaching has evolved to support those who are looking to make coaching a part of their careers, whether as a full-time Coach or as a part-time 'side hustle' or a Leader using a 'Coach-Like Approach' within an organization they are working at.

I also work as a Mentor Coach for the ICF certification process. I am honored to help bring coaching to the world and new Coaches to their practices.

However, if you expect me to hold your hand and coddle you, chances are you have friends, family, or someone ​else ​for that job.
My life is based in two places - Burlington, Vermont, where I am a firm believer in 'getting outside and playing' and the Washington, DC area, where the vibrancy and diversity of the city fuels my soul.
​But thanks to my ability to work virtually with my clients, I can coach you no matter where you ​live in the world!

★ 20+ years of playing 'nice with others' in the outdoor retail and manufacturing industries navigating egos, Mother Nature, and unstable markets;

★ Awarded the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition Snowsports’  Pioneer of the Year Award for my achievement in mentoring and leading young women;

★ Expert in generating champions who inspire others;

★ Business Pioneer on the cutting edge of change, development, and testing the boundaries of what is possible;

★ Adjunct Professor within the University of Vermont under a graduate Master's Program;

★ Former Board Member of the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition focused on providing power, influence, and opportunity for women in the outdoor-related business;

​★ Sister, Friend, and Business Owner who challenges myself everyday to remain authentic, present, and grounded, not to mention keeping Imposter Syndrome at bay.

Although I have personally enjoyed coaching folks in their career over the last 14 years, I am focusing my coaching practice on those seeking to become Coaches themselves or helping current Coaches in their businesses. 

However, FromWithin Coaching's team of Career Coaches are diverse, dynamic professionals who I have hand selected to help new Clients find the clarity and professional development they seek. As the owner of FWC, I am still a part of the coaching process with these new clients, but I am not currently taking on new
​Career Coaching Clients myself.
