Snapshot of my personal experience which has shaped my professional experience:
★ Survivor of parental divorce, diverse family structure, family alcoholism, eating disorders, a head injury, and a perspective changing health diagnosis (in the clear now);
★ 20+ years of playing 'nice with others' in the outdoor retail and manufacturing industries navigating egos, Mother Nature, and unstable markets;
★ Awarded the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition Snowsports’ Pioneer of the Year Award for my achievement in mentoring and leading young women;
★ Expert in generating champions who inspire others;
★ Business Pioneer on the cutting edge of change, development, and testing the boundaries of what is possible;
★ Adjunct Professor within the University of Vermont under a graduate Master's Program;
★ Former Board Member of the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition focused on providing power, influence, and opportunity for women in the outdoor-related business;
★ Sister, Friend, and Business Owner who challenges myself everyday to remain authentic, present, and grounded, not to mention keeping Imposter Syndrome at bay.

Although I have personally enjoyed coaching folks in their career over the last 14 years, I am focusing my coaching practice on those seeking to become Coaches themselves or helping current Coaches in their businesses.
However, FromWithin Coaching's team of Career Coaches are diverse, dynamic professionals who I have hand selected to help new Clients find the clarity and professional development they seek. As the owner of FWC, I am still a part of the coaching process with these new clients, but I am not currently taking on new
Career Coaching Clients myself.
