I am originally from Athens, Georgia and as a young child realized I was born in a place that wasn’t home. The mountains were calling, so I went! I am my most content spending time with family,
engaging in nature, or learning. From Nursing to Therapy to Digital Marketing to Coaching, I have explored many different career paths, all leading me to this spot I’m in today. I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and am an iPEC certified life coach. I pull insight and wisdom from all of my prior life chapters to provide a spiritual AND data driven coaching experience. The decisions, processes, and experiences that come along with being a parent can be fraught and overwhelming. My coaching works with women who are on the journey to become a mother as well as how they wayfind their professional identity. I specialize in infertility coaching, identity crisis management, professional and personal life balancing, and maternity leave/re-entry to work support. |
