Before coaching full time, I was a technology leader in a Fortune 500 company for 13 years. It is here that I learned what type of leader I wanted to be, and the type of leader I did
NOT want to be.
 
Through my own transformations, I discovered what it means to be an authentic and resilient leader, the mind/body connection, and how to counter/prevent burnout. I also saw first-hand that when I focused on the people coupled with communicating a clear vision, mission and strategy, the results
naturally followed.
 
Now as a Coach, I am a change agent, a dream to reality supporter, and sometimes a mirror to co-create with you the life you desire.

I am from and reside in Massachusetts with my husband and son. When I am not coaching, I enjoy time connecting with my tribe, being outside, lifting weights, cooking, and watching movies.  The beach in Maine is my happy place.
 
A gypsy at heart, I love traveling and exploring new places. I first truly understood what it meant to be present while sitting in a café in Venice sipping my delicious coffee, smelling the salty air, and watching the people. Life changing.
 
Combining my life-long learning with my love of travel, food, and wine I have a personal goal to go to as many vineyards as I can throughout the world.
