“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.”
Are you on the brink of saying “YES!” to yourself? Perhaps you are craving more purposeful work, or you are ready to dive back into a long-abandoned creative project, or you want to re-discover direction and joy in your life. Perhaps you sense change is ahead, but have no idea what that would even look like.
I love working with women who know they have a lot to offer, but feel as if somewhere along the line their lives got off track. If you are not quite sure where you are headed, if you feel stuck and not so great about yourself, if you are afraid of setting something new into motion but still feel called to act, I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone.
As a Coach, I integrate movement, nature and the arts to help you move from feeling stuck and uncertain to living from a deep sense of purpose and joy. Known by my clients for my big, bold questions and my enthusiastic and insightful support, I help my clients envision a future where your creative self thrives. Drawing on my 20 years in education, I believe that your natural strengths and embodied wisdom are your greatest guides for evolving your own life story.
In addition to my coaching practice, I work with victims of crimes who seek to re-center their lives around their dreams and goals.
I believe in the power of big, bold questions to reveal truth and invite action–questions so big and so bold that they might take your breath away. I am here to gently ask those pointed questions and listen fully to what you reveal. Together we will envision and then create a future where your creative self thrives.
My beliefs? Your body is wise. Your mind is wise. Your heart is wise. When your inherent wisdom is aligned, forward movement guides you to the “you” you most respect–the “you” in your evolving life story. I can’t wait to see where the journey takes us!
Based in Chittendon County, VT, I offer both virtual, over the phone coaching sessions for clients in and outside of Vermont as well as in-person to those who are lucky enough to live in VT. My in-person coaching sessions can include walking or sitting based on your preference.
